Our FEIN (Federal EMployer Identification Number) has been filed and takes 7-14 days. Once we receive that, MarketsFlow, Inc. we will become a subsidiary of MarketsFlow Ltd by nominating MarketsFlow Ltd as 100% shareholder.
Series 65 and RIA:
We are underway with securing our Series 65 license which is a requirement for IAR (Investment Advisor Representative). IAR is required for MarketsFlow’s application as RIA (Registered Investment Advisor).
We plan to have our filing for MarketsFlow Inc as RIA by the end of Feb.
