We launch the most advanced Portfolio optimisation platform, and immediate interest from Berkeley Futures to roll-out to high net worth clients, Saxo Bank to their large capital accounts. We have interest from a Fund Manager in San Antonio, Texas.

We win best broker-dealer research at 2017 WSL and Hedge Fund Technology awards in New York alongside Fidelity, Interactive Brokers and Bloomberg.

MarketsFlow applies for Direct FCA Advisory Retail/Wholesale. No easy task as that tkes 3 months to prepare MIFID application covering over 40 documents, some of them longer than 80 pages.

MarketsFlow goes on Crowdcube for its fundraise and is currently at 215% overfunded with 642 investors, potential clients and stakeholders. MarketsFlow onboards investors from Asset Management institutions to Hedge Fund managers to Financial Industry professionals. It also onboards clients who have keen interest in investments and provide advisory from the day go as they see the untapped potential ready to be exploited.

After discussing with Joy Kinnear Vice Council for UK Trade and Industry back in July 17, MarketsFlow initiates discussions to launch in Boston. Joy quickly sets up a team to aid MarketsFlow in all aspects of the setup from advisory, regulatory and logistics. MarketsFlow is pleased to hear about the simplified SEC process as RIA within 45 days from application providing advisory and as well as Investment Management. MarketsFlow plans setup to be complete by Feb and application for SEC to initiate in Feb.

We hope to share this amazing journey with you. As per the plans we expect to raise another round in Jul-Aug at valuation more than 6 times the current valuation. If things go to the plan we may re-adjust valuation northwards.
