I have always been fascinated by the world of winery. A world of senses, beauty and endless discoveries. I enjoy the taste of a fine Bordeaux or an elegant Sancerre with great company, but in all honesty, my knowledge of grapes is pretty limited. While strolling this weekend in South Bank near Thames, I met a lovely Italian wine enthusiast who owns a vineyard in the region of Pino Torinese and is truly passionate about the wine culture. As a result of this unexpected conversation, she got me inspired to learn more about the sight, smell and taste of different varieties under the guidance of world-class sommeliers.
For my Monday learning, I decided to create my new Savings Bucket by selecting the learning category on Strowz App concierge. I chose the Wine O’Clock Webinar for 2 from the London Wine Academy as my learning goal. I think it is the perfect way to improve my knowledge while sharing this experience with my boyfriend from the comfort of our home.
Combining education with entertainment during this difficult period of self-isolation is the ideal remedy. It’s time to learn and make savings fun while creating the life you dream of.
